Once you have done this you will be re-directed to the front page. On this page you will see a message informing you that you have a pending email address change and a link to confirm this.

By clicking this link you will be taken to another page asking for your new confirmation code. Simply enter the code you recieved in the email and click confirm. This will update you email address and show you a confirmation message.

How do I Cancel my Full membership?

If for some reason you feel you no longer wish to be a full member of the site you can cancel you membership by clicking here you will require the transaction number from your confirmation e-mail to process the cancellation online.

If you don't have your transaction number handy please contact a member of our billing team remembering to include your username and password.

How do I Renew my Full Membership?

If you have upgraded by cheque or postal order you will need to renew your account manually by sending in another cheque/postal order with an accompanying letter stating your username and stating that you wish to renew your current membership on or after the date it is due to expire.
